Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an entry-level Procurement Clerk to join our team within our Mandeville office.
Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Performs routine tasks under close supervision to initiate learning the procurement process.
Becomes familiar with company procedures required to procure equipment, material, or services.
Learns the differences in procuring in-house items for Keystone and procuring project items for Clients.
Develops the skills required to perform and lead procurement work.
Enrolls in classes to improve knowledge and skills essential for the procurement process.
Develops an awareness of project schedule and budget.
Develops a full understanding of all of the sections of the Keystone Procedures Manual applicable to the technical discipline assigned to the employee.
Continuously practices Quality Control while executing daily tasks.
Actively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) procedures.
Ability to multitask well and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
0-2 years of professional working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
High-level of attention to detail.
