Le poste de Animateur QHSE (F/H)
Rattaché au Responsable QHSE, vos principales missions seront :
Missions Principales :
Animer la politique Santé Sécurité au Travail, contribuer à l'amélioration, la coordination et à la communication Q.H.S.E, Organiser et participer aux actions auprès des opérationnels,
- Faire le lien avec les responsables, intervenir sur les différents sites afin d'animer et faire appliquer les bonnes pratiques en matières de séurité, Mettre à jour et participer à l'analyse des risques professionnels (PDP, DUERP...), Réaliser les études de postes : observer, analyser et échanger avec les salariés en situation de travail. Synthétiser, restituer et proposer des solutions d'amélioration, Participer à la formation des opérateurs en prévention des risques, Suivre notre démarche de prévention à partir de notre outil 100% Presta Breizh KBE, Conduire des projets Q.H.S.E.

Compétences Techniques : Analyse de situations à risque, connaissances & compétences rédactionnelles, pilotage et planification d'actions. Compétences Personnelles : Adaptation, mobile, pédagogue, charisme, faire preuve d'autorité, réactif(réactive), innovant(e) et rigoureux(rigoureuse). Expérience : Nous acceptons les profils débutants et expérimentés. (Expérience agro-alimentaire appréciée)
