Job Description
As Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your stores’ success. Your role goes beyond management - you’ll lead, inspire, and empower your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, boost performance, and drive innovation in the retail space. In this role you will;
Lead with purpose – Set clear objectives, drive strategic growth, and create a high-performing culture.
Make an impact – Work on projects that shape the future of our business while ensuring every store in your region thrives.
Empower your teams – Recruit, train, and develop talented store managers and staff, ensuring they have the tools and mindset to excel.

Stay ahead of the game – Keep up with industry trends, competitive activities, and the latest in consumer electronics.
Qualifications
We need a visionary leader who is passionate about retail and understands what it takes to lead multiple teams to success. Our wish list for this role is;
Retail management experience (consumer electronics or a similar industry preferred)
