If you have a couple of year's work experience, a proven work ethic, enjoy working outside, and are keen to invest in a solid career path, then this role if for you
- You will receive support and training to fully qualify as a Tower Refurbisher within our Transmission Lines team. This two-year program will provide you on-the job training and support to fully qualify as a Tower Refurbisher by working alongside experienced Tower Refurbisher across various teams. You’ll be learning how to sandblast and hand paint transmission pylons, learn how to run compressors and Sandblast units along with supporting with any labouring tasks. This is a great opportunity for you to earn while gaining a recognised trade qualification.**What’s in it for you?**

**About you**
- You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Physical fitness as the job involves climbing and manual labour work
- Comfortable or semi-comfortable with working at heights (full training provided to build confidence)
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Preferably living between Levin to Paraparaumu as there’s a fair bit of travel involved
- A great attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
- A current NZ Class 1 Full driver’s licence essential and NCEA Level 1 is preferable
