Objectif du poste
Sous la direction et la supervision de notre Président, le.la Technicien(ne) en Contrôle Non Destructif (CND) Junior - en Formation est le garant de la sécurité des produits et du transport aérien.
Missions principales du poste
Procéder à des contrôles non destructifs sur des pièces élémentaires ou sous-ensembles aéronautiques;
En cas de besoin, rédiger les instructions techniques / procédures d’inspection pour la mise en œuvre du contrôle requis;
Procéder aux réglages et calibrages de(s) l’équipement(s) de contrôle, ainsi que réaliser les vérifications périodiques;
Réaliser la revue des exigences du client et les mettre en œuvre;
Interpréter et évaluer les pièces et éventuelles indications pour acceptation ou refus;
Documenter la sanction en rédigeant les rapports d’inspection contenant les résultats et la sanction de conformité suivant les critères d’acceptation spécifiés;
Rédiger le cas échéant les documents libératoires (bordereau de livraison, déclaration de conformité pour les ensembles ou sous-ensembles inspectés);
Si besoin, réaliser les revues de compétences annuelles par délégation du Niveau 3 responsable.
Profil recherché
Bac à Bac +3 dans l’un des domaines suivants : Contrôles Non Destructifs, Matériaux, Mesures physiques, mécanique ou équivalent – Tout niveau d’expérience sera étudié.
Expérience professionnelle : Aucune expérience requise.
Vous êtes doté(e) d’un niveau d’anglais correct, afin de comprendre les spécifications des clients en anglais;
Vous êtes doté(e) de compétences rédactionnelles;
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques ainsi que le Pack Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux.euse et force de proposition. Vous faites également preuve d’un excellent relationnel, d’un bon rédactionnel et êtes autonome;
Permis B + Véhicule.
Informations de l’offre
Contrat CDI – 35 heures
Mobilité géographique : France Entière – Des déplacements sont à prévoir, avec une politique de voyage attractive (prise en charge des frais).
Rémunération : 22 à 24K€ brut annuel sur 12 mois, selon profil.
