Endu, piattaforma leader per gli sport di endurance in Italia, sta cercando un Cloud Engineer / DevOps Consultant per migliorare ed evolvere la nostra infrastruttura cloud. La nostra piattaforma combina componenti legacy, che al momento girano su macchine virtuali, con un’infrastruttura moderna basata su Kubernetes (K8s). Siamo nel mezzo di un ambizioso progetto di rifacimento applicativo, che porterà a una completa migrazione verso Kubernetes, per garantire scalabilità, affidabilità e innovazione tecnologica. In questo contesto, l'uso di Infrstructure as Code (IaC) è fondamentale per gestire e automatizzare l'intera infrastruttura dei nostri tre ambienti (sviluppo, staging, produzione). Cerchiamo un candidato con una conoscenza avanzata di Terraform / Open Tofu per implementare e ottimizzare questa strategia. RESPONSABILITÀ · Gestire e migliorare l’attuale infrastruttura cloud , assicurando un’alta affidabilità e performance. · Implementare e mantenere l’infrastruttura utilizzando Terraform , garantendo coerenza e automatizzazione nei nostri tre ambienti (sviluppo, staging, produzione). · Supportare la transizione da macchine virtuali ad applicativi containerizzati su Kubernetes, in linea con il nostro percorso di modernizzazione. · Progettare e implementare soluzioni per il monitoraggio , gestione degli allarmi e raccolta di telemetrie . · Configurare e gestire pipeline di CI/CD , con deploy da GitHub verso Kubernetes utilizzando Argo CI/CD . · Garantire la sicurezza e il security hardening del cluster Kubernetes e dei processi DevOps. · Collaborare con i team di sviluppo per integrare infrastrutture e processi DevOps. COMPETENZE TECNICHE RICHIESTE · Esperienza avanzata con AWS , inclusi i servizi principali per la gestione delle infrastrutture. · Esperienza nella gestione e monitoraggio dei costi infrastrutturali , con capacità di identificare e implementare strategie per la riduzione dei costi ove possibile , garantendo al contempo performance e affidabilità. · Solida conoscenza di Kubernetes, con esperienza nella gestione di cluster, sicurezza e configurazione avanzata. · Conoscenza avanzata di Terraform / Open Tofu e utilizzo di IaC per gestire infrastrutture cloud. · Esperienza nell’implementazione di pipeline CI/CD (Github Actions, Argo CD/CI, Jenkins o simili). · Familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio , logging e tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Jaeger, DataDog, Dynatrace o simili). · Capacità di ottimizzare le risorse cloud e gestire i costi in maniera efficiente. · Competenza nella gestione della sicurezza in ambienti cloud (IAM, secret management, etc.). SOFT SKILL · Orientamento al problem-solving e alla collaborazione con team multidisciplinari. · Attitudine proattiva e capacità di anticipare e affrontare potenziali problematiche infrastrutturali. · Attitudine proattiva e capacità di anticipare e affrontare potenziali problematiche infrastrutturali. REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI · Conoscenza di Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , in particolare di BigQuery , per supportare componenti specifiche dell’infrastruttura. · Esperienza nella gestione di macchine virtuali e nella migrazione verso architetture containerizzate. · Familiarità con processi di logging e telemetria avanzati. · Capacità di automatizzare processi cloud e DevOps tramite scripting (Python, Bash, o simili). SEDE LAVORATIVA La posizione è in modalità remote , con la richiesta di recarsi in ufficio 1-2 volte al mese . È previsto un periodo iniziale di induction in sede , la cui durata sarà definita in base al tempo necessario per la presa in carico dell’infrastruttura. L’ufficio rimane sempre a disposizione qualora si preferisca lavorare in presenza.
