Principali responsabilità: -Pianificare, applicare e monitorare le misure necessarie per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita. -Analizzare e rivedere gli indicatori di gestione e i costi al fine di migliorarli. -Conoscere la collezione, controllare e gestire lo stock per massimizzare le vendite. -Agire come modello e promuovere una comunicazione efficace all'interno del team. -Reclutare, formare e garantire la perfetta integrazione dei nuovi dipendenti. -Guidare e motivare il team, garantendo lo sviluppo del potenziale del personale. -Pianificare, organizzare, stabilire le priorità e distribuire i compiti, ottimizzando le risorse e riducendo al minimo i costi. Auto-motivat, d’ispirazione per il proprio team, pront a lavorare bene in squadra dando l'esempio e fornendo risultati eccellenti. Deve avere una comprovata capacità di massimizzare la redditività. Orientamento alle vendite alle vendite, organizzazione e tenacia, siete in grado di risolvere i problemi, di lavorare bene sotto pressione e di adattarvi ai cambiamenti.
