Bespak is looking for a Quality Analyst working in the Drug Product Development group for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £24k and £27k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life insurance plus access to all internal job opportunities.
Shift Pattern - Days working 37.5 hours in a week. 7.75 hours Monday to Thursday with a flexible start time between 8am and 9:30 am. 6.5 hours on Friday with an expected finish at 3:45.
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and reporting laboratory activities to enable compliant, on time delivery of commercial finished products to the customer whilst adhering to GMP standards. Your contribution will be the regular completion of on the bench testing of a variety of exciting new product opportunities at Bespak. This includes Asthma and COPD Inhalers (MDIs) using new green propellant, as well as nasal spray products to treat a wide range of illnesses, including migraines and anxiety. You will be part of a team that aims to ensure these products reach commercial readiness.
These permanent Quality Analyst positions are part of an expansion phase of recruitment for an exciting new venture. At Bespak Holmes Chapel, we are investing significantly to expand our capacity to develop and manufacture pMDIs (Asthma Inhalers) with greener propellants to meet evolving sustainability standards in the industry. As a Quality Analyst, your duties will include:
* Conduct testing of samples in a laboratory setting.
* Analyse data using standard operating procedures.
* Assist with investigations relating to any quality issues.
Quality Analyst beneficial key skills and experience:
* Experience/knowledge of analytical chemistry & lab instrumentation.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* Strong written and oral English communication skills.
* A science HND / NVQ or degree is preferable.
* An understanding of compliance management in a controlled environment.

Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport. The village has a population of nearly 7,000 and offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, and a GP practice.
This role could suit someone with experience as a Quality Assurance Complaints Specialist, Product Complaints Manager, Customer Complaints Investigator, Quality Assurance Complaints Analyst or a Technical Complaints Specialist.
