The Role:
- Build personal book of business.
- Meet or exceed target fees & KPI's.
- Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest).
- Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
- Take ownership for personal and professional development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants.
- Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
- Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
Skills required:
- Experience in areas such as: agency recruitment, sales, client relationship building, & business development.
- Temp/Contract or Permanent agency experience are desirable.
- Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
- Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude.
- Customer centric.
- Proficient in working off own initiative.
