Our client is a sanitary ware and multinational company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Being responsible and accountable for managing Glost Inspection department, final inspection rework and packing.
- Supporting the Operation Leader to run production and reporting.
- Managing and controlling Glost inspection dept epoxy repair, grinding, flushing, leak testing, and packing as Quality Standard and Production Plan.
- Transferring the finished product to warehouse as plan target daily.
- Reporting periodically key target of department.
- Developing the skills and knowledge of workers.
- Handling the cost control and managing the productivity in target.
- Ensuring the safety awareness, 5S Housekeeping under company policy and target.
- Being responsible for the operation method/material control, Machine and tooling control, Human resource control, and Budget control.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or related.
- 7 years experience in production is a must.
- Strong operational management with 3 years experience from managerial position is preferred.
- Good people management and communication skills.
