    Fixed-Term (March - December 2025)
    Full-Time 40 Hours (1.0 FTE)
    Based in Wellington

    Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position:
    As a Student and Whanau Support Advisor, you will be the point of contact for students, supervisors and school coordinators and provide seamless pre-enrolment, enrolment and post enrolment support for students and whanau. You will join our Student and Whānau Support team based in Wellington.
    This position involves a variety of duties such as:
    Respond to incoming queries in a timely and supportive manner
    Provide advice and support to student and supervisors for the online learning programmes
    Review enrolment applications and make appropriate decisions

    A natural communicator you can build rapport, communicate instructions clearly and provide support to a diverse group of people. You're a well-organised, team player with a real positive, ‘can do' attitude and are confident working on computers and across multiple technical systems.
