Job Position:APAC Supply Chain Optimization Manager
Responsibilities * Lead Network Design continuous improvement opportunities with a focus on cost savings, capacity improvements and capital avoidance;
Support the business intelligence needs of the China and APZ business units:
a. Supply timely, accurate, unbiased, comprehensive business intelligence to senior executives.
b. Include data based, objective opinions and views
c. Identify appropriate data sources, analyze and interpret data
d. Perform network design and analytical activities utilizing the appropriate software tools and data sources
e. Identify, lead and/or contribute to feasibility studies pertaining to Supply Chain
f. Identify data process automation activities to provide up to date insights
g. Provide and analyze loss data to direct improvement opportunities
h. Support PCS system development through data insights/scorecard improvements * Training and coaching of JTE/TPM standards to the Plant Leadership Teams to drive improvements according to the site masterplans. Support deployment of JTE standard methodologies, tools and systems across the organization through effective people change management and assessment processes.
Assist on business-critical projects and initiatives to ensure successful completion.
Qualifications for position * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Fluent in both English and Chinese;
Five years or more of Supply Chain related experience;
The ability to work with, summarize and manipulate large data sets
The ability to organize, outline and lead projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Data & Analytics, and Digitalization, plus experience in Continuous Improvement e.g. TPM or Lean Manufacturing
