**Mô tả công việc**:

Mục tiêu công việc:
- Kiểm nghiệm theo đúng các chỉ tiêu theo yêu cầu của luật định.
- Kiểm nghiệm tất cả các mẫu phục vụ cho công tác sản xuất, hoặc mẫu theo yêu cầu.
- Hiệu chuẩn bên ngoài và nội bộ các thiết bị theo đúng tần suất quy định.
Chức năng nhiệm vụ chính:
1. Nguyên vật liệu:
- Thực hiện lấy mẫu kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu (bao bì, phụ gia, hóa chất )
- Kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên vật liệu phù hợp với quy định
- Cô lập và lập biên bản đối với các nguyên liệu không đạt theo tiêu chuẩn
- Theo dõi và đánh giá chất lượng thử nghiệm nguyên vật liệu mới.
2. Pha chế và đóng gói:
- Thực hiện lấy mẫu kiểm tra và giám sát chất lượng bán thành phẩm tại các công đoạn theo quy định của công ty
- Phát hiện những sự cố trong quá trình sản xuất sớm nhất có thể và tìm ra nguyên nhân.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan và xử lý những sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Đối với những trường hợp không thể xử lý được cần phải báo cáo lên cấp trên và xin ý kiến chỉ đạo.
3. Phòng kiểm nghiệm
3.1 Phân tích và nuôi cấy vi sinh:
- Chuẩn bị môi trường nuôi cấy.
- Lấy mẫu thực hiện nuối cấy
- Đọc kết quả và báo cáo kết quả vi sinh
- Định danh vi sinh vật
3.2 Phân tích hóa lý:
- Phân tích các chỉ tiêu hóa lý của thành phẩm
- Biết sử dụng thành thạo và hiệu chuẩn các loại dụng cụ đo lường, đọc và phân tích kết quả đo.
- Theo dõi việc gửi mẫu phân tích và dụng cụ và thiết bị đo phòng thí nghiệm qua các trung tâm dich vụ phân tích theo định kỳ
- Cập nhập tài liệu liên quan đến quy trình phân tích mẫu.
Trình độ chuyên môn:
- Bằng cấp: tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học
- Ngành: Công nghệ thực phẩm, hóa phân tích
- Có kiến thức về ISO, BRC, 5S
- Kỹ năng phân tích
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
- Kỹ năng làm việc đội nhóm
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh Chuyên ngành
