Position: Qualified Accountant
Start date: Immediate start date
Location: Links Childcare, Head Office, Kinsealy, Co Dublin (Onsite)

Key responsibilities:
· Ownership of monthly management accounts
· Ownership of annual year-end audit processes
· Account management for several busy creches
· Calculation and generation on monthly billing
· Aged debtor review and credit control
· Customers relationship management
· Posting of daily bank statements
· Management and processing of childcare funding
· Preparation of client Direct Debit files
· Overseeing the booking process for Villa clients
· Ad-hoc duties relating to other roles in the accounts department
Requirements:
· Qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA and CPA all considered
· Ability to work independently to reliably meet monthly reporting deadlines
· Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team in a busy and demanding environment
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
· Strong numerical ability
· Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
