Requerimientos:
Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares en empresas del mercado de la construcción.
Universitario graduado en Ingeniería, Arquitectura (no excluyente).
Manejo avanzado de paquete office.
Buena comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
Habilidades analíticas, de planificación y negociación.
Excluyente contar con licencia de conducir.
Principales responsabilidades:
Atender y desarrollar las cuentas activas asegurando altos niveles de fidelización.
Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocios.
Elaborar las propuestas comerciales.
Llevar adelante la negociación y cierre de operaciones.
Análisis de datos y generación de acciones que permitan ampliar el mercado.
Trabajar articuladamente con el área post venta a fin de asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
Generar y presentar informes de gestión.
