Are you a Junior or Graduate Engineer looking to kickstart your career in an office based administrative role, where you be given full product training on electromechanical equipment to allow you to progress into a senior, technical position within your first year?
In this office based role you will be working in a close-knit and collaborative team to ensure the smooth running of the UK head office of a busy manufacturer. You will be involved in organisation and selecting of spare parts, handling technicians calls and queries, and liaising with the European head office. Full product training will be given allowing you to move into a senior, technical role in the future.
This company manufacture, service, and maintain a range of commercial catering equipment and are a subsidiary of a global conglomerate which operate in almost every continent. They pride themselves on extremely high staff retention due to valuing their employees and continuously developing them.
This role would suit a Junior or Graduate Engineer that is comfortable talking on the phone, looking for an office-based administrative role where they will gain technical training to progress into a senior role for a global manufacturer.
The Role:
Handling technical queries over the phone to assist engineers
Organising and selecting spare parts for specialist equipment
Liaising with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and the European Head Office
Further technical training allowing progression into a senior role
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 4pm on Friday The Person:
