THE ROLE…
Reporting to the IT Program Delivery Manager, the Project Coordinator, assists in managing project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to track progress, maintain documentation, and identify potential risks. Additionally, you’ll support budget and timeline management, facilitate meetings, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key responsibilities for this role will also include:
Assisting in project planning, execution, and monitoring
Coordinating project activities, resources, and information
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues
Support project managers with budget and timeline management
Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
Assist in the preparation of training materials and user guides

The ideal candidate is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage timelines, and support project execution. They are an excellent communicator, capable of working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure projects run smoothly.
The successful candidate will also possess:
Experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to analyse data and identify risks or inefficiencies
