Notre cabinet recherche un ITSM Manager pour l'un de ses clients basé à Luxembourg-ville.
Contrat à durée indéterminée ou freelance (projet long terme)
Poste basé à Luxembourg-ville (secteur gare)
Package : 100 000€ brut annuel ou TJM à 600€
1 à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine en moyenne
Français courant obligatoire
Certification ITIL v3/v4 obligatoire
Vous occuperez un rôle central dans la bonne exécution des processus ITSM afin de garantir la bonne gestion des services IT en coordonnant les équipes utilisatrices de ces processus (IT et Métiers).
Vous pourrez également jouer un rôle dans l'amélioration continue de ces processus.

Vous animez le Change Advisory Board
Vous suivez le cycle de vie des IT Change
Service Request Management
Soyez au cœur de l'innovation et de l'adaptation aux besoins des utilisateurs en faisant évoluer le catalogue de services IT.
Assurez-vous du bon suivi du cycle de vie des Requests.
Garantissez le respect des SLA et contribuez à maintenir des standards élevés au sein des équipes.
Incident Management
Renforcez votre expertise en gestion d'incidents critiques en coordonnant leurs résolutions rapides avec les équipes concernées dans l'objectif de minimiser les interruptions de service.
Soyez proactif et prévenez les problèmes futurs en analysant les incidents récurrents avec les équipes concernées pour identifier des opportunités de prévention
Apportez du support aux Incidents Manager (IM) et Major Incidents Manager (MIM) lors de réunions de crise.
Problem Management
Assurez-vous du bon suivi du cycle de vie des problèmes
Renforcez votre expertise en gestion des connaissance en maintenant une knowledge base robuste pour prévenir les incidents futurs.
Renforcez vos compétences en analyse de données en vous assurant de la qualité des données renseignées dans les problèmes afin de pouvoir exploiter les données à travers l'outil IA...
Pour tous les processus
Produisez régulièrement du reporting et analysez les KPIs les plus pertinents. Vous pourrez prendre des décisions basées sur des données concrètes et produites par vos soins en effectuant régulièrement des reporting et une analyse de KPI.
Vous communiquerez vos propositions d'amélioration aux responsables IT pour avis et décisions et serez ainsi le moteur des améliorations continues ITSM de la banque.
Enfin, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des 2ème ligne et 3ème ligne ainsi que des auditeurs externes et des autorités de contrôle.
Profil recherché
Expérience en gestion des processus ITIL (Change, Service Request, Incident et Problem Management)
Certification ITIL v3 / v4 obligatoire
Maîtrise de ServiceNow
Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en communication afin de dialoguer avec différents interlocuteurs
