    About the Role

    Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or administration and be highly organised, with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will support the property management team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from handling tenant inquiries to managing administrative tasks related to property portfolios.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage and maintain property files and records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

    Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

    Prepare tenancy agreements, renewal contracts, and related paperwork.

    Schedule and oversee property inspections, maintenance requests, and repairs.

    Process rent payments, track outstanding balances, and assist with invoicing and collections.

    Assist in preparing marketing materials for property listings and coordinate viewings.

    Ensure compliance with local property regulations and laws.

    Manage property-related databases and systems to track all relevant information.

    Provide general administrative support to the property management team as required. Key Skills & Qualifications

    Previous experience in property administration, property management, or a similar role is preferred.

    Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., [Insert Property Software]).

    Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
