Position: Graduate Cover Supervisor

Location: Wem, Shropshire

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary

Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects, maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

Supervising and supporting students during class, encouraging their participation and progress.

Following school policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting student progress.

Collaborating with teaching staff and attending meetings or training sessions as required.

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for working with young people and a passion for education.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Prior experience in a similar role or working with children/young adults is advantageous but not essential.
