Planète Gardiens est une société de propreté spécialisée dans le remplacement de gardiens d'immeuble et le nettoyage des résidences.
La société est présente sur la région Lyonnaise, Annecienne, Lilloise et en Ile-de-France.
Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une régie lyonnaise, un(e) gardien(ne) d'immeuble H/F pour une copropriété composée de 210 lots, située à VENISSIEUX.
Missions du poste
Interlocuteur premier des copropriétaires, vous veillez à l'entretien et à la bonne tenue de la résidence.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Être en charge de la gestion et du lavage des bacs roulants
Assurer le nettoyage de l'ensemble des parties communes intérieures et extérieures ainsi que le traitement des ordures ménagères
Assurer le nettoyage des espaces extérieurs, tels que le nettoyage régulier des abords, du trottoir et le piquetage des détritus
Procéder au nettoyage des garages et des caves
Assurer les petits travaux de bricolage et le petit entretien courant au sein de la copropriété : serrurerie, retouches peinture etc…
Etablir des signalements d'éventuelles anomalies par envoie de mail au gestionnaire
Accompagner les entreprises et les artisans extérieurs intervenant dans l'immeuble
Apporter un premier niveau de réponse aux réclamations et interrogations des résidents
Profil recherché
Vous justifierez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire.
Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral ainsi qu'à l'écrit.
Vous êtes soigné(e), autonome, discret(e) et doté(e) d'un bon sens relationnel.
Vous faites preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation au regard d'interlocuteurs et de situations variées.

CDI - Temps complet
Horaires de travail : du lundi au vendredi de 6h00 à 12h00 et de 16h00 à 17h00. Le samedi de 6h00 à 8h00
Rémunération : Environ 2000 € Brut (avec les avantages en nature)

Ce poste comprend une période probatoire de 4 mois minimum renouvelable une fois.
