Basic Salary £30k - £35k Plus Genuine OTE of £75k - £90k

Mon – Fri 09:00am – 05:30pm (No Weekends)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and have a mature understanding of the mortgage market. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a decorated East London / West Essex Estate Agent who are currently generating 70+ qualified mortgage leads pcm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products.

- Build and maintain a client portfolio through business and personal connections.

- Confidently manage related sales, focusing primarily on personal & business protection.

- Work in tandem with a prestigious regional Estate Agent ensure a seamless sales process from registration through to completion.

Key Requirements:

- Full CeMAP / Cii Qualification (or equivalent)

- A minimum of 12 months advice experience

- Proven track record in mortgage & protection sales

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Ability to work from a satellite site with remote administrative support

- Excellent credit conduct with no lender exclusions or regulatory breaches

- Ability to meet KPIs

Ideal Experience:

- Previous experience working within an Estate Agency setting (However not essential)

- Experience working remotely
