    Requirements
    Clinic Setup & Launch:
    Actively participate in the clinic’s build-out and launch, requiring a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
    Ensure seamless integration of medical (regenerative & rejuvenation medicine) and wellness services to create a unique longevity hub.
    Work closely with the executive team to define operational workflows and business strategies.
    Operational Management:
    Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to medical and safety protocols.
    Implement and manage Point-of-Sale (POS) and appointment scheduling software for a seamless client experience.
    Monitor facility upkeep, inventory management, and supplier relationships to optimize resources.
    Financial & Business Performance:
    Drive the clinic’s commercial performance, including budget management, financial forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
    Work alongside leadership to analyze key performance indicators and optimize business operations.
    Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
    Provide ongoing staff development and performance management to align with Expand Health’s mission and values.
    Client Experience:
    Ensure a superior client journey, from initial consultation to personalized treatments and follow-ups.
    Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through health optimization strategies.
    Sales & Business Development:
    Promote services and memberships to attract new and returning clients.
    Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and collaborations within the longevity and wellness space.
    Support marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and engagement.
    Compliance & Safety:
    Develop and enforce operational protocols to comply with health regulations and safety standards.
    Ensure quality control across all services and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
    About You
    Experience: 3-5 years in clinic management, wellness, or healthcare services.
    Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
    Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to set up, launch, and scale a high-end medical and wellness clinic.
    Passion for Health & Longevity: Deep understanding of preventive care, regenerative medicine, and wellness practices.
    Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
