Description du poste et Missions
Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet pour superviser des projets de rénovation immobilier à Luxembourg, depuis l'établissement des prix jusqu'à la livraison.
Vos missions :
Gestion des projets de rénovation : Prendre en charge l'ensemble des projets de rénovation, en garantissant leur livraison dans les délais et en respectant des budgets allant de 400K€ à 3M€.
Suivi budgétaire : Veiller à la maîtrise des budgets tout en garantissant des résultats de haute qualité.
Contrôle qualité : Assurer que tous les projets respectent et dépassent les normes tout au long de la phase d'exécution.
Coordination des équipes : Collaborer avec différentes équipes internes et externes ainsi qu'avec les parties prenantes pour garantir une exécution fluide des projets.
Négociation : Obtenir des conditions avantageuses auprès des entrepreneurs généraux et des fournisseurs, en remettant en question les offres et en proposant des solutions créatives pour respecter les contraintes budgétaires.
Profil recherché
Expérience : Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur de la construction, avec un fort accent sur les projets de rénovation ou l'architecture avec une dimension construction marquée.
Formation technique : Un diplôme en architecture ou en génie civil est essentiel.
Gestion d'équipe : Vous excellez dans la gestion d'équipes et êtes un véritable joueur d'équipe.
Sensibilité au design et à la durabilité : Vous avez un œil aiguisé pour le design et un engagement fort envers les pratiques durables.
Compétences linguistiques : Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais.
Esprit orienté solutions : Vous êtes motivé à apporter des idées innovantes et à remettre en question nos produits et processus.
