    Are you looking for an alternative to university? Would you like an apprenticeship role to gain a qualification whilst working? MASS are looking for a Building Services Engineering Technician Apprentice at our customer site within our Facilities Management Team. An apprenticeship is more than just a job. It’s the first step in building your career around a subject you love, working alongside like-minded people to make a difference.

    As an apprentice you will work as part of a team to deliver efficient, effective, and sustainable statutory maintenance service along with providing a reactive and minor works in general facilities maintenance. We will support you in completing a Building Services Engineering Technician (level 3) qualification with Bath College, our trusted training partner.

    You will learn and complete practical tasks, such as fault funding, diagnostic testing repairs and maintenance task with working to industry standards.

    Throughout your apprenticeship you will learn to perform maintenance repairs and installations plus other skills as you grow and develop throughout your apprenticeship.

    Using these skills, you'll support us by:

    * Electrical and mechanical systems check repairs and inspections

    * Havoc Maintenance check and inspection

    * Boiler systems Maintenance check and inspection

    * Pump repairs inspections and maintenance

    * Pressure systems maintenance and inspections

    What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

    Internal progression to a Building Services and Maintenance Engineer with additional responsibility in the Facilities Management Team, including ongoing training and development to further skills and knowledge.
