    The Requirements:

    Full UK Driving Licence & Business Insurance - essential

    The Role:

    As a Trainee Block Manager, you will be responsible for:

    Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and housing estates (initially around 200 units, increasing with experience)

    Assisting senior Block Managers while developing your own portfolio

    Liaising with clients, leaseholders, contractors, and insurance providers

    Attending and chairing AGMs, EGMs, and Directors' meetings

    Instructing and overseeing contractors for repairs and maintenance

    Ensuring works are completed to a high standard

    Issuing Section 20 notices for major works

    Preparing annual service charge budgets and working with the accounts team on payments and arrears

    Ensuring compliance with lease agreements, health & safety, RICS guidelines, and fire risk assessments

    Conducting annual property inspections and addressing any arising issues
