Ce responsabilitati vei avea in acest rol:
În rolul de Relationship Manager Micro vei face parte din echipa de vânzări și vei administra un portofoliu de clienți Persoane Juridice (cifra de afaceri până în 1 mil eur) pentru care:
Ești responsabil de consolidarea și îmbunătațirea calităţii portofoliului de clienţi Small Business (Micro)
Iniţiezi și implementezi campanii dedicate segmentului de client Small Business
Ești responsabil de analiza cererii de credit, documentaţia de credit si garanţiile aferente
Pregătesti aplicaţiiile de credit (facilitaţi noi sau reînnoire) conform reglementărilor și procedurilor în vigoare
Oferi soluţii de cross-selling împreună cu directorul de sucursală
Contribui la actualizarea ofertelor produselor și serviciilor dedicate clienților Small Business
Pentru a ocupa acest rol ai nevoie de:
Studii superioare finalizate - domeniul economic sau domeniile conexe reprezintă avantaj
Experiență de minim 1 an pe o poziție similară
Cunoştinţe de analiza financiară
Disponibilitate pentru activitate de teren
Abilități digitale (cunoașterea pachetului Microsoft Office)
Abilități puternice de comunicare, vânzare și negociere
Atitudine orientată spre client și servicii de calitate
Este considerat un plus:
Certificare în distribuția de asigurări conform cerințelor legale în vigoare
