Role Overview: We are urgently seeking a proactive Health and Safety Administrator to help manage and improve our safety systems, working closely with our experienced advisors. You’ll assist multiple safety advisors, track time spent per client accurately, and manage safety documentation and client communication using various software tools.
Primary Duties Include:
Managing safety documentation, administrative tasks, and records using software such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Confluence.
Supporting multiple Safety Advisors with client-related activities, coordinating information effectively.
Accurately tracking and reporting time spent per client using our time-management system.
Maintaining, organizing, and updating safety-related information, policies, and documentation across various software platforms.
Assisting with marketing initiatives and supporting business development tasks as needed.
Actively contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency of our safety management processes and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
Diploma in Office Administration or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word is imperative for this role (candidates without advanced Word skills will not be considered)
3–5 years' experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or oil & gas industries
Experience or strong willingness to learn Confluence and other software
Knowledge of OHS legislation, COR requirements, and technical writing
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing
