    Time Recruitment are currently recruiting a Mig Welder for our family run manufacturing client based in Leyland. This is a great role for the right candidate. Our client is happy to up skill candidates with a minimum of 6 months mig welding experience in previous roles or that have completed a level 3 certificate in Welding. Duties of this role will include:

    Perform MIG welding on a range of materials in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.

    Set up and operate welding equipment to achieve the desired results.

    Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.

    Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and targets.

    Repair and rework defective welds as required.

    The successful candidate must:

    Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a MIG Welder, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

    Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

    Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    Have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

    Have knowledge of health and safety practices within a workshop setting.

    Have A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
