We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to build brand awareness of the Fast Track brand.
The Marketing team is dedicated to making Fast Track a World Class Brand and looking for an up-and-coming superstar who would love an opportunity to learn the ropes, while playing a supporting role for the team. We’d love to meet someone highly organised, eager to learn, and able to demonstrate their keen interest and enthusiasm for marketing, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for getting projects across the finish line.
As a Marketing Coordinator at Fast Track, you will:
Social Media and Campaign Management
Produce, schedule and publish content across platforms.
Support campaign execution and performance tracking.
Engage with audiences on social media by responding to comments and inquiries.
Admin and Marketing Support
Keep marketing documentation and files organised for easy access by the team.
Maintain and update trackers for events and campaigns.
Support with ad-hoc requests.
Event and Logistic Support
During a maternity cover period, you will support the events team in the following areas:
Manage event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site coordination.
Track event budgets, log invoices, and maintain accuracy across financial trackers.
Assist with preparing presentations, agendas, and materials for events.
Ensure timely follow-ups with suppliers and partners.
1–3 years in social media, event coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Canva, and Click-Up.
A collaborative, proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow.
