Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via phone and email
Process orders efficiently and accurately
Assist the accountant with basic tasks as needed
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exhibit strong multitasking and time management skills
Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Uphold integrity and professionalism in all work-related interactions
