Tu dois être libre de tout engagement dans une formation ou une école
Tu signes un contrat d'alternance sur un rythme de 3 semaines en entreprise 1 semaine à l'école.

Intégré.e aux équipes magasin ou atelier régional, tu mets en pratique ce que tu apprends en cours pour obtenir un diplôme national reconnu par l'Etat et sur le marché de l'emploi.
Chaque magasin est affecté à un centre de formation parmi ceux répartis sur tout l'hexagone.
Tes responsabilités de Technicien·ne Atelier en alternance :
réaliser un diagnostic de qualité,
entretenir, réparer et personnaliser les produits de nos sportifs,
réaliser des prestations de qualité,
assurer la vente et la mise en rayon de nos produits.

Ton profil de sportif-ve passionné-e nous intéresse
Tu es éligible à l'apprentissage (de 16 et 29 ans, et au delà si tu es situation de handicap, sportif de haut niveau ou en création/reprise d'entreprise) ou au contrat de professionnalisation (plus de 29 ans et demandeur d'emploi). Tu es rémunéré·e pendant toute la durée de la formation.
Tu partages les valeurs de Decathlon et du Sport,
Tu es sportif·ve et passionné·e de cycle/mobilité urbaine/glisse,
Tu es passionné·e par l'entretien et la réparation des produits sportifs, bricoler c'est ton truc,
Ton exigence et l'esprit d'équipe sont les atouts de ton jeu
