    Are you an experienced Marketing professional who would enjoy leading the team?

    We are looking for a marketing superstar who will make an immediate impact and then progress to be head of the marketing department:

    * Act as the bridge between the product development and marketing teams to drive the ‘commercial launch’ phase of new products

    * Become familiar with the technicalities of the products and services to define the form and messaging of any campaigns

    * Deliver day-to-day project management of events, social media, webinars and website

    * Contribute ideas that drive innovation not only for campaigns and marketing but also across the whole business.

    The ideal Marketing Lead must:

    * be able to support targeted commercial sales / technical sales activities by the creation and delivery of high-quality campaigns to an agreed budget and timescale

    * be able to engage with Board/Senior Managers to drive campaign strategy forward

    * be able to deputise for Marketing Manager after training period

    * be able to support scaled ‘commercial product launches’ to deliver impact and interest

    * be Degree or Apprenticeship educated with at least 5 years practical experience with campaigns either business to consumer or business to business

    * have working knowledge of webinars with the ability to develop deep understanding to become the acknowledged company expert

    * have proven creativity using Adobe Creative Suite

    * be able to take briefs across the business, develop a plan and deliver content as agreed

    This role would suit a qualified marketing professional who has career goals of being the head of department, with proven product launch and campaign experience.
