Position Overview:
Duke Kunshan University （DKU） is a world-class liberal arts university based in Kunshan, China, that offers a range of high quality, innovative academic programs for students ｆｒｏｍ around the world. It was established in September 2013 as a U.S.-China partnership between Duke University ａｎｄ Wuhan University.
In our Executive Education ａｎｄ Lifelong Learning Department, we are seeking a new position as a Program Specialist. This is a multifaceted role supporting an expanding team.
Executive Education is at the intersection of university life. Tasked with delivering business programs for leading executive ａｎｄ managers, we draw together the unique faculty talent of DKU supplemented with outside adjunct faculty, the incredible facilities of the university campus in Kunshan ａｎｄ our own hotel. We also deliver our programs ｆｒｏｍ client locations ａｎｄ other third-party venues.

Senior Director of Executive Education ａｎｄ Lifelong Learning
Essential Duties:
Program Support
1. Assist in delivery of programs through the coordination between departments, tracking of expenses, raising of invoices, ａｎｄ ensuring the smooth delivery when clients are on campus/site.
Sales Support
1. Support the team with sales initiatives through maintenance of pipeline leads system, scheduling meetings, organizing events （such as dinners, speaking arrangements）, organization of bios ａｎｄ our extended adjunct network.
Team Support
1. Support with daily operations of the team, including expenses, travel arrangements, budget tracking, ａｎｄ interfacing with other university departments to maintain a smooth operation.
2. Perform other duties as assigned.
3. University employees&；＃039； job responsibilities will continue to expand in scope ａｎｄ depth as the University grows in size ａｎｄ complexity in its programs.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree ｏｒ above.
2. At least 5 years' work experience in an administrative role ｏｒ in client service.
3. Solid English ability in terms of both writing ａｎｄ speaking. The team's working language is English. Native Mandarin speaker, strong business writing skills in Chinese
4. Analytical capability, with good commercial acumen, presence, business sense ａｎｄ financial knowledge.
5. Self-motivated, ａｎｄ willing to solve challenges ａｎｄ work under pressure.
6. High professionalism, ａｎｄ a team player with a positive attitude.
