ICT Services is an Irish owned independent IT solutions provider operating primarily in commercial, financial and state organizations. We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Sligo area.
You will be primarily covering the Sligo and Longford areas, so you will need to live locally, and a full clean driver's license is a necessity for this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Support our distributed customer base across the greater Sligo Region.
2. Multi-Vendor Hardware Maintenance Support (PCs, Laptops, Printers, and peripherals).
3. Microsoft OS Support and troubleshooting.
4. Part of an on-call Rota team.
5. Network troubleshooting at the hardware level.
6. Refurbishing, testing, imaging, and troubleshooting of PCs; installation of operating systems.
7. Installation and configuration of routers, switches, and hubs.
8. Experience with practical technical service for complex systems, AV systems, IT, and/or technical support will be an advantage.
Requirements:
1. High personality level, excellent technical abilities, and strong troubleshooting skills.
2. Good team player, fast learner, and creative.
3. Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
