Misión del puesto: Promover integralmente la cultura de los programas de SASSO (Sistema Administrativo de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional) para prevenir accidentes de trabajo y mantener en su puesto a cada trabajador en óptimas condiciones de salud, contribuyendo a lograr el adecuado aprovechamiento de su capacidad productiva, indicadores de seguridad y salud adecuados que eviten pagos de riesgo adicionales y el mantenimiento de una organización sana.
Funciones:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Política de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
Implementar y dar seguimiento a planes para el cumplimiento del Sistema Seguro.
Implementar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los programas de Salud Ocupacional.
Capacitar y dar seguimiento a la instrucción del personal en temas de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional.
Intervenir en la resolución de crisis.
Cumplir con la aplicación de los procesos y rituales de Cultura de la Compañía.
Decisiones relevantes:
Toma de decisiones ágil para salvaguardar la integridad de los trabajadores y la compañía, así como provenir mayores complicaciones.
Implementar programas de salud médicos preventivos de acuerdo a los resultados.
Gestionar con responsable RRHH y Gerente de Operaciones el fomento a la cultura de seguridad y salud.

Requisitos:
Profesionista titulado: Lic. Médico Cirujano con título y cédula
Experiencia en: Salud Ocupacional 1 año, 1 año seguridad industrial. (manejo de información, planificación.), conocimientos en normativas STPS, AMBIENTAL, SSA.
Office nivel intermedio
