Job Description
Glass Transport Group recherche pour développer ses activités :
un/une exploitant(e) transport
La société Glass Transport Group est spécialisée dans le transport international de verre.
Créée en 2015 elle fait partie du groupe Glass Partners (fondée en 1955) et exploite actuellement une flotte de 125 ensembles routiers.
Le groupe se compose également d’une filiale de transport vracs qui exploitent 50 ensembles.
La société souhaite renforcer l’équipe de dispatchers afin d’optimiser le travail et ainsi pouvoir continuer son développement
Votre fonction
Au sein d’une équipe jeune et dynamique vous apportez votre expérience et contribuez au développement de l’entreprise :
Vous contactez et rencontrez les clients
Vous êtes en charge de la réception, du suivi des commandes de transport des clients
Vous êtes en charge du suivi des véhicules et des chauffeurs pour le bon déroulement des transports
Vous participez à la planification et à l’optimisation des transports
Vous êtes en charge du suivi des plaintes et des modifications éventuelle
Votre profil
Vous disposez d'une formation dans le transport et/ou disposez d'une expérience pertinente dans le secteur
Vous connaissez la législation du transport notamment la réglementation sur les heures de conduite
Vous êtes capable de dialoguer aussi bien en français qu'en allemand. La connaissance de l’anglais et/ou du roumain est un plus
Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, autonome et avez le sens de l’initiative
Vous êtes convivial et vous disposez d'un bon contact avec les clients
Vous êtes résistant au stress et orienté solution
Vous êtes flexible au niveau horaire selon les besoins du service
Vous maîtrisez les outils numériques de base (MS Office), la connaissance d’applications métiers (TAS, Transics) est un plus
