    Production Support/Warehouse & Despatch

    MDE Consultants are recruiting for our prestigious client based in Brislington, our client is a lead in the welding and fabrication industry. We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic, hard-working team player that is interested progressing and keeping the team on the move.

    Location: Brislington, Bristol

    Salary: £12.23 per hour (£13.29 including shift allowance)

    Job Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

    Shifts: Rotating every 2 weeks (includes £40 per week shift allowance)

    Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

    Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday -Thursday) & 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (Friday)

    The Role

    Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for working in the Goods-in, Despatch, and Warehouse departments. This role involves a variety of tasks including:

    Moving materials to storage areas

    Picking, packing, and despatching orders

    Booking in stock and ensuring accurate stock control

    Keeping the yard organised, tidy, and safe

    Light assembly work

    Ensuring health & safety measures are followed

    This is an active and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy environment.

    Skills & Requirement

    Attention to detail to identify quality/stock issues

    Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

    Willingness to work outdoors and carry out manual labour

    Basic problem-solving skills

    Strong teamwork and communication skills

    Positive attitude and proactive approach

    Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
