    Job Title: Supply Chain Channel Manager (EMEA)

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Channel Manager to join our EMEA Supply Chain & Channel Operations team. The team plays a vital role in delivering products and services to our partners and consumers, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting our business groups in achieving revenue goals. As a Supply Chain Channel Manager, you will oversee a portfolio that includes product category management from launch to end of life. This will require cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are delivered at the right time, to the right place, and with maximum efficiency.

    The role involves working closely with Sales, Category Marketing, and various internal teams across Devices Supply Chain, such as Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Operations, Fulfillment, and Logistics. You will be tasked with delivering actionable insights and providing a strategic approach to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Channel/Customer Operational Support (50%)

    Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high performance of supply chain services including forecasting, demand fulfillment, and availability management.

    Partner with Sales teams to balance short-term and long-term demand and supply, ensuring targets are met.

    Oversee local demand availability management activities, providing visibility into demand and supply across territories and accounts.

    Drive optimal channel inventory levels to support revenue opportunities while mitigating risks such as excess or stranded inventory.

    Monitor and manage key business metrics to drive continuous improvement and process adherence.

    Support operational performance by managing order book and ensuring goods are delivered within the assigned customers and channels.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution of sales and supply plans.

    Provide strategic insights to sales planning forums, helping ensure accurate availability information is incorporated into decision-making.

    Ensure alignment between customer demand, inventory availability, and product deployment across the channels.

    Process & System Improvements

    Identify opportunities for system and process improvements across the Order to Cash process.

    Lead the implementation of improvements to mitigate risks, enhance efficiency, and create synergies.

    Demand & Supply Balancing

    Act as the operational lead for balancing demand and supply, ensuring that financial and operational targets are met.

    Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and mitigate demand-related risks in collaboration with relevant teams.Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Product Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or sales operations, preferably in demand/supply planning or channel management.

    Experience with system and process improvements across the Order to Cash process.

    Proven track record of implementing programs to create synergies, mitigate risks, and optimize business processes.

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship management skills.

    Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to draw actionable insights.

    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and demands.

    Ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment.

    Additional:

    Experience in customer operations support, forecasting, and demand fulfillment is highly desirable.
