We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently process supplier invoices to ensure timely payments.
2. Reconcile external vendor statements with company records.
3. Prepare month-end journals and accruals for the general ledger.
4. Maintain creditor balance sheet control.
5. Administer the company credit card program.
6. Reconcile inter-company balances and the general ledger.
7. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounts payable.
What We're Looking For:
1. A third-level qualification in business or a related discipline (preferred).
2. Proven experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the responsibilities listed above.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
