Wir sind mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitenden der zentrale (non-profit) Dienstleister in allen Finanz-, Liegenschafts- und Personalangelegenheiten für die Kirchengemeinden, Gemeindeverbände, Kindertagestätten und kirchlichen Einrichtungen in den drei Kirchenkreisen Hildesheimer Land – Alfeld, Hildesheim-Sarstedt und Peine, die zusammen den Ev.-luth. Ihre Aufgaben:
Finanzcontrolling für Kirchengemeinden und kirchliche Stiftungen
Beratung der zuständigen Leitungsgremien in Planungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen
Erstellung von Haushaltsplänen, Jahresabschlüssen und Lageberichten
finanztechnische Betreuung von Baumaßnahmen an kirchlichen Gebäuden
(u. a. Finanzierungsplanung, Drittmittelakquise, Verwendungsnachweise)
Projektmanagement im Kirchenamt: Begleitung der Umsatzsteuereinführung
(Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Verwaltungs- oder (Betriebs-) Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Bilanzbuchhalter*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Im Beamtenverhältnis eine geeignete beamtenrechtliche Laufbahnbefähigung
Grundkenntnisse der kaufmännischen Buchführung
Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Umsatzsteuerrecht und im Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert
eine gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise sowie sicheres Auftreten
Teilnahmebereitschaft an gelegentlichen Sitzungen in den Abendstunden
Fahrerlaubnis für die Klasse B
