    Role Overview

    We are seeking an Identity Solution Architect to provide expert guidance in enterprise identity architecture and implementation. This role is ideal for a subject matter expert who can design, integrate, and govern identity solutions across modern enterprise environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Advise Enterprise Architects on identity solutions and best practices.

    Support the integration of identity systems with ERP and HCM platforms.

    Oversee supplier governance for identity implementation and configuration.

    Define best practices and establish default standards for enterprise identity solutions.

    Success Metrics:

    Lead identity integration projects as a trusted SME.

    Develop integration standards to automate identity processes.

    Define integration data models for applications.

    Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

    Regulate permissions through access packages.

    Ensure supplier governance throughout implementation.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Technical Expertise (High Priority)

    Significant expeirence with Entra ID is essential.

    Deep knowledge of identity tools & frameworks, including:

    Access packages, RBAC models, SCIM-based provisioning

    Enterprise applications & Single Sign-On (SSO)

    Integration best practices for HR platforms & identity solutions

    Access reporting & governance mechanisms

    Authentication & Authorization (Moderate Priority)

    Strong expertise in SAML, OAuth, and enterprise SSO

    Experience configuring authentication & authorization workflows

    Application registration & licensing in identity platforms

    Identity Federation & Lifecycle Management (Moderate Priority)

    Understanding identity lifecycle & federation trust models

    Managing internal & external identities effectively

    Infrastructure & Synchronization (Moderate Priority)

    Expertise in Active Directory & hybrid cloud identity models
