Senior Systems Analyst (Java/Spring boot) Contract Dublin. My client a leading global name in their industry is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Systems Analyst (Java/Spring boot) to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with a further 12 months and possibly longer.
You will work as part of the software development/scrum team within our one of my clients Solutions programs, providing ongoing functional and technical, expertise and support to the development lifecycle. You will be expected to analyse business and technical requirements to deliver a backlog for the development team. It will be essential that you create features and stories, run backlog refinement meetings with the team and own prioritising the backlog of stories. Continuously monitor feature development adjusting throughout implementation as needed. You will also close the gap between business, solution architects, and development teams.Clear communication of functional and technical requirements to the development team and development concerns to business stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of commercial experience as a systems analyst. You must have Advanced skills in system analysis, documentation and requirement gathering. Solid understanding of conceptual/architectural designs. You will also have Strong technical knowledge and capability. Good understanding of SAFe, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with any project tracking tools like JIRA/Rally/ADO. Successful candidates will also have experience with Java /Spring boot and APIs. It would be highly advantageous if you had experience or working knowledge of microservices architecture, data structures and experience in data extraction and analysis.
