Il tirocinante addetto/a alle vendite si occupa di:
Relazionarsi con i clienti, offrendo una consulenza competente e cordiale in grado di incentivare le vendite;
Curare la presentazione della merce, il riassortimento e l’ordine del negozio e del magazzino;
Eseguire operazioni di cassa nel rispetto delle Policies aziendali;
Collaborare con lo Shop Manager e la squadra nel garantire il rispetto degli standard aziendali;
La posizione prevede affiancamento e formazione continua in un percorso strutturato, con lezioni On the Job e in aula, della durata di 6 mesi, alla fine del quale è previsto l’inserimento della risorsa con la mansione di Addetto alle Vendite.
