    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the digital sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet our clients' needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Analyse business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements.

    Develop detailed business specifications and use cases to guide the development process.

    Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess potential solutions and their impact on the organisation.

    Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project goals.

    Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and drive consensus among stakeholders.

    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to mitigate these risks.

    Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital environment.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

    Familiarity with digital tools, technologies, and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
