Marketing Coordinator
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (flexible)
Salary: £30,000+ per annum (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business within the professional grounds maintenance industry. With over 30 years of experience, they are a key supplier of high-quality products, supporting professionals across the UK with an extensive range of equipment and materials.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator/Executive to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in enhancing online presence, improving customer experience, and driving marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
The Role:
* Website & E-commerce Optimisation: Manage and improve website content, ensuring a seamless user experience. Work closely with external developers to enhance functionality and make the business easier to trade with.
* Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
* Customer Experience Focus: Continuously refine the e-commerce journey, improving engagement and conversions.
* Content Management: Ensure all website content is accurate, up to date, and compelling.
* Trade Shows & Events: Attend industry trade shows and events, representing the company, networking with key contacts, and gathering insights to inform marketing strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with designers, printers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Requirements
