Nous recherchons pour un poste en vue d'embauche, contrat CDI : un mécanicien industriel (h/f)
Lieu: Contern
Travail de jour, du lundi au vendredi 40h semaine / 7h00-15h30
Reprise de petite pièces issue de l'impression 3D en usinage.
Lecture de schémas techniques et programmation sur machines à commande numérique.

Les équipes de GH intérim sont constituées de personnes passionnées, à votre écoute en français, allemand, anglais, néerlandais, luxembourgeois, etc. et possédant plusieurs années d'expérience dans les RH au Luxembourg.
Pour pouvoir servir au mieux ses clients, GH intérim a ouvert deux agences sur le territoire luxembourgeois (Wiltz et Luxembourg). GH intérim travaille avec des candidats venant d'Allemagne, de Belgique, de France et bien sûr du Luxembourg.
Profil
- Reprise de petite pièces issue de l'impression 3D en usinage.
- Lecture de schémas techniques et programmation sur machines à commande numérique.
- Reprise en usinage sur des pièces de haute précision.
- Découpe au fil de pièce simple
- Assurez la programmation et le réglage de votre machine. Montez les pièces sur les supports d'usinage et lancez l'usinage. Vous contrôlez les cotes des produits fabriqués
- Être attentif à la sécurité et aux normes lors des réparations
- Capacités communicationnelles lors de la formation des opérateurs qui utiliseront les nouvelles installations
- Savoir lire et interpréter des plans, des schémas
- Exploiter les données fournies par l'observation du dysfonctionnement
- Décider et/ou exécuter le type d'intervention
- Assurer et/ou collaborer à la remise en service
- Signaler les anomalies constatées.
- Adhérer à la démarche qualité
- Effectuez le nettoyage, la maintenance de premier niveau et veillez au respect des règles de sécurité à votre poste de travail.
COMPÉTENCES NECESSAIRES (Techniques, Comportementales, …)
Justifiez au minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans l'usinage de pièces sur machines à commandes numériques.
Bonnes connaissances en programmation (HEIDENHAIN)
Notion en programmation (FANUC, ISO)
Rigoureux, flexible et bon esprit d'équipe.
