    What You’ll Be Doing:

    This newly created role, based at the agency’s Nottingham office, has been designed to support continued growth. Managing an assigned portfolio of properties and apartment blocks, you’ll ensure compliance and oversee both the block and individual units. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    * Conducting mid-term property inspections and producing detailed reports.

    * Managing end-of-tenancy checkouts, coordinating necessary works, and liaising with landlords and tenants.

    * Overseeing maintenance and repairs for both occupied and vacant properties.

    * Preparing inventories and ensuring properties are move-in ready.

    * Advising landlords on property improvements and compliance.

    * Travelling locally to visit properties while being based at a modern, well-equipped office.

    This role is ideal for an existing property manager keen to expand their expertise in block management or a block manager looking for a role managing blocks owned by a single landlord rather than multiple leaseholders.

    What You’ll Need:

    * Proven experience in property, block, or HMO management.

    * Strong knowledge of property maintenance and compliance.

    * Excellent administration, organisational, and communication skills.

    * A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges with confidence.

    * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

    * IT competency across Microsoft Office and property management software.
