    The Role:

    As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a key role in supporting a caseload of learners through their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed. You will provide tailored coaching and mentoring, helping learners stay on track and successfully complete their programme.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support learners to progress through their apprenticeship by providing high-quality coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

    Deliver engaging training sessions in a variety of formats, including 1:1 coaching, virtual sessions, and group workshops.

    Monitor and track progress, identifying any barriers to learning and implementing strategies to support learners.

    Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA), ensuring they are confident and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

    Work closely with employers to align workplace training with apprenticeship requirements and provide regular progress updates.

    Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and funding requirements, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

    Provide pastoral support, motivating and guiding learners to stay engaged and overcome any challenges they may face.

    Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the learner experience.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training learners within an apprenticeship or educational setting.

    Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, A1, TAQA) or willingness to work towards one.

    Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

    Experience in coaching apprenticeship learners in Professional/Business Support apprenticeships up to level 5, Leadership and Management, Project Management

    A background or knowledge of Procurement would be highly desirable, however not essential

    A passion for supporting apprenticeship learners and helping them achieve their career goals.

    The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
