To strengthen its Human Resources department, Circuit Foil Luxembourg is looking for a 6th person to expand its team and meet the development needs of a growing company.

**(M/F) HR Generalist (Permanent Position) - Employee Lifecycle Management**

**Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director (HRD)**, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure effective and humane human resources management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **
Actively participate in the recruitment process**: Drafting job offers, publishing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
- ** Manage certain recruitments** and act as a backup for the HRBP and HRD for key position recruitments.
- ** Monitor employees** during their first year and throughout their career.
- ** Support the HRBP or HRD** in individual interviews, meetings with management, some of which are in English.
- ** Manage personnel administration**: contracts, employee files, correspondence, etc.
- ** Improve HR policies and procedures** and contribute to their implementation.
- ** Develop and implement training programs**: needs assessment, planning, follow-up, INPFC files.
- ** Contribute to the development of the training software** (LMS365).
- ** Collaborate on the EHS/employee health aspect**: appointments, follow-up, administrative documents.
- ** Ensure administrative follow-up and welcome of students and interns**: needs assessment, student fairs, welcome, administrative tasks related to their arrival.

**Your profile**:

- **
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources** or a related field.
- ** Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar position.
- ** In-depth knowledge of labor legislation** and HR practices.
- ** Strong interpersonal skills**, motivated to learn and grow in an international environment.
- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team**.
- ** Initiative, stress resistance, and dedication** to your work.
- ** Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office**.
- ** Good level of English**.
